WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Mei Vintage ships orders within the USA and U.S territories via US Postal Service and FedEx. We strive to pack and ship orders on the same day if items are in stock. However, it is possible to it will take 5-7 days for your shipment to arrive and a tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation. FREE domestic shipping is available on orders over $100 via USPS. We ship to Canada via Air Mail. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska should be pleased to hear that we do NOT charge extra shipping for delivery to these states. Hawaii and Alaska have the same shipping rate as the other 48 states. All merchandise shipped to addresses in CA will be subject to 9.25% CA sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have a rush shipping request - email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, within a couple of hours we can make changes and we can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please email us as soon as you realize you need to make a change and we will see what we can do!
DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
International shipping is an available option at checkout. Mei Vintage charges for shipping and handling which usually ranges between $20-$30 (U.S. Dollars), and will be shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx. To ensure accuracy, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm additional shipping cost after you place your order. For orders of 3 items or more, international customers must contact Mei Vintage for a shipping quotation. Upon request, shipping insurance may be added with additional charges. Please allow 10 -12 days for international shipment to arrive. Orders shipped outside of United Sates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an International shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Mei Vintage has no control over these charges, nor can Mei Vintage predict what they may be.
Once Mei Vintage has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Mei Vintage is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If for any reason you refuse any shipments from Mei Vintage, you are responsible for all original shipping charges, all/any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). The entire cost of returning the package to Mei Vintage will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, GooglePay, ApplyPay and Afterpay.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY AND IS THERE A UPFRONT FEE CHARGE?
Afterpay is a digital payment platform offered to online shoppers that allow shoppers to pay in installment plan by splitting the cost of your purchase into four, equal payments until they are paid in full. It is a FREE service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged. Customers delivery will not be affected in any way. Orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.
HOW DOES AFTERPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Mei Vintage wants you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days upon receiving your package. Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number. For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping cost when sending your merchandise back to us. Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original condition it was shipped. This means the merchandise must be unused. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping fees. Sorry, no returns on sale merchandise. Mei Vintage has the right to refuse return of merchandise that do not meet Mei Vintage return policy requirements.
Before sending out your exchange package, please contact us at email@example.com for an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges sent without authorization may be refused. Once we receive your email we will provide details where to send all items for exchange.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Merchandise cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Original packaging should be intact and in sellable condition. Please ensure proper packaging of items when attempting an exchange.
We recommend that you send all packages back to us via traceable carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for any or all lost packages.
WHAT HAPPEN IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE?
Because each of our items are made with limited prints we sometimes sell out of popular items. If the item you ordered is out of stock or waiting to be restocked, you will receive an email from us. We will also contact you regarding other similar items that may be available. This email will provide you with the option to cancel the order or to request email notification when the merchandise is available again for sale. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipment and we do not bill you for items that are not available.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All Mei Vintage handbags are designed and developed in sunny California. Our leather hides come from a combination of recycled, new, and overstocked leather found in the United States. Most of our bags are handcrafted in Southern California in small batches.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY BAG?
To clean, gently wipe with damp cloth and let air dry. Professional cleaning is recommended for stains. To learn how to take care of your leather bag, read here.
